  A gym that is directed towards power-lifters and strongmen. The owner, Bridgette, is very knowledgeable and will help you with form checks, if asked. It doesn't have as much equipment as bigger gyms, due to the space constraints, but the equipment it does have is top notch. I believe it is a fairly new gym so it will continue to grow and improve overtime. Overall, a very slept on gym.
